Job summary

Adairs is seeking customer-focused Customer Service Advisors to join our team on a casual basis through to March, supporting our peak retail period. Based in our Chadstone Support Office, you will help customers across phone, email, live chat and social media.

You’ll assist with orders, deliveries and returns, coordinate with delivery partners, support stores and internal teams, and handle admin tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.
• Able to work Monday–Friday with some weekends and during peak periods.
