Job summary

The Bump Shop is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to act as the vital link between customers and our staff. You will help ensure customer satisfaction by managing relationships, resolving complaints, and guiding communications through the vehicle repair process.

You will act as the primary contact for customers with vehicles in repair, provide updates, and coordinate between customers, staff, and management to confirm repair timelines.
