Job summary

Happitat on the Gold Coast is seeking an enthusiastic ambassador to manage guest inquiries, bookings and park information. You will be the first point of contact, delivering a warm, on-brand experience to visitors and ensuring smooth access to Happitat adventures.

The role requires outdoor readiness, a positive outlook, and reliable transport. Applicants should have a High School diploma and current First Aid certificate, with weekend availability and a team-first attitude rewarded.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles or tourism is a plus.
• Ability to handle bookings and inquiries efficiently.
• Comfort working outdoors and in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Answer guest inquiries by phone and email, guiding them through park options.
• Process bookings and ticketing where required and update records.
• Provide information on park activities, safety guidelines and promotions.
• Support admin tasks such as data entry and document control.

• Current First Aid certificate

• Proven experience is a similar role within the Tourism industry

Are you prepared?

• Some areas of the park can be challenging at times, including varied weather conditions, so this position is best suited to an individual comfortable working outdoors and maintains their physical fitness.
• Our days of operation are Thursday to Monday.
• Weekends and school holidays are our time to shine, so it’s all hands on deck. Availability during these times is a minimum requirement.
