City Sightseeing Pty Ltd – Big Bus Tours Sydney is seeking energetic Customer Sales/Service Representatives to join our street team in Sydney. You will greet tourists, answer enquiries, and sell tickets on the street, in person, using small ticket machines, and you may work full-time or casual shifts across weekends and weekdays.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in customer sales or service, good English, confident communication, and a friendly, team-oriented manner.

Qualifications

• 6 months minimum experience in customer sales or service.
• Australian Citizen, Resident or Working Visa.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Confident communication and approachable manner.

Vacancy: Customer Sales/Service Representative

Salary: Hourly + Overtime + Award Penalty Rates Sat, Sun & PH + Sales Commissions

Hours: Full Time or Casual, Weekend or Weekday. We operate 365 days per year.

About the role

We are looking for Customer Sales/Service Representatives to join our street team based in Sydney. This role is for people who want to help showcase our beautiful harbour city and involves a high level of customer sales and service: greeting tourists/passengers, answering enquiries - in person, on street sales of tickets to Big Bus Tours and other Sydney attractions. Must work well in a team environment and have a demonstrated ability to work unsupervised.

What We’re Looking For

At Big Bus Tours, how we do things is as important as what we do, that’s why our ideal candidate will be passionate about our city and surrounds with extensive knowledge of the city and/or a willingness to learn.

Character is important to us but there are a couple of minimum requirements for this role, these are:

• Experience– Customer sales and/or service experience – 6 months minimum. Sales experience preferred.
• Citizen/Visa– Australian Citizen, Resident or Working Visa
• Language– Good written and spoken English required, the ability to speak another language is always an advantage.
• Confident communication skills and an approachable, positive manner
