SkyBus is seeking Customer Service Ambassadors to join a full-time team at Melbourne Airport and Southern Cross Station. You’ll welcome travellers, provide information, assist with ticket sales and help create positive first and last impressions of Melbourne for thousands of passengers daily.

This outdoor role requires a confident, sales‑driven communicator with excellent personal presentation. You’ll speak with diverse travellers, handle enquiries with empathy, and collaborate with airport

• Assist with e-kiosk sales and provide accurate service information to travellers.
• Represent SkyBus with immaculate personal presentation in line with uniform and grooming standards.
• Help maintain a clean and professional customer environment, including keeping kiosks and work areas tidy.
• Liaise with airport and contractor stakeholders to support seamless operations.
• Champion excellent customer service, handling enquiries or difficult situations with empathy, professionalism, and respect.
• Provide directions, answer questions, and assist travellers from around the world.

This is a highly customer-focused role where you'll welcome travellers, provide information, assist with ticket sales, and help create positive first and last impressions of Melbourne for thousands of passengers every day. We're looking for someone with a real drive to sell and a genuine passion for great customer experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and greet customers at SkyBus terminals and throughout Melbourne Airport.

Pay, Hours & Perks

• $29.20 base hourly rate + penalties apply
• Shift pattern details: rotating roster covering early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays across a 365-day operation
• Location: Melbourne Airport and Southern Cross Station
• This is an active, outdoor role rather than a desk job — you'll be out and about at our terminals and kiosks, meeting travellers face to face.
