All successful candidates will complete a fully paid two-week induction and training program at our Parramatta office, regardless of their ongoing office location.

Following the completion of training:

• Employees hired for our Parramatta office will remain based in Parramatta.
• Employees hired for our Hurstville office will transition to the Hurstville location for their ongoing role.
• This ensures all new team members receive consistent training, support, and development before commencing in their respective teams.

About the Role

As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers with overdue accounts while developing valuable industry skills:

• Optimise a portfolio of overdue accounts from Australian institutions
• Contact customers via inbound & outbound calls to discuss outstanding balances
• Use modern tools and systems and apply skip tracing techniques to locate and support customers
• Work with customers to understand their situation and negotiate realistic repayment solutions
• Maintain accurate records and operate within strict compliance and regulatory guidelines
• Build rapport while handling sensitive financial conversations professionally
• Work towards achievable targets in a supportive, team-driven environment
