Job summary

Community Bank Coolalinga in the Northern Territory seeks a Personal Banker (Customer Relationship Officer) to deliver an exceptional end-to-end banking experience for customers in a dynamic, community-focused setting.

You’ll assist with enquiries, educate customers about online platforms, and recommend products and services that meet needs, while building strong relationships within the community.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to achieve sales results through solutions that truly meet customer’s needs.
• Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone.
• The ability to quickly build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Eagerness to understand and share what makes our bank different.
• Drive for collaboration - mateship is crucial for us to work together and achieve our goals.
• Experience in consumer lending - a plus but certainly not essential.
