The Public Trustee of Queensland in Brisbane is seeking a Customer Insights and Reporting Officer to analyse service data, identify unresolved inquiries and support corrective actions for customers and delivery teams. You will translate insights into practical service improvements, monitor outcomes, and collaborate with stakeholders on continuous improvement while adhering to governance and risk controls.

The role offers valuable exposure to Power BI and business analytics within a public sector

Formación

Curious and analytical professional who can translate data into insights.
Strong communication to convert findings into actionable recommendations.
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvements.
Experience with operational data and analytics is desirable.

Responsabilidades

Analyse customer and operational data to identify needs, service trends, pain points and systemic issues.
Translate customer insights and operational evidence into practical service improvements.
Monitor the effectiveness of service improvements and adjust actions as needed.
Support end-to-end oversight of service standards, outcomes and risk thresholds.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement using performance information and lessons learned.
