Sonder is seeking a Customer Insights Partner to collaborate with our enterprise customers, turning workforce health, safety and wellbeing data into conversations value-adding to senior leaders. You will manage a portfolio of around 40 accounts and report to the VP Customer, leveraging our AI delivery pod to craft insights for P&C leaders, CFOs and CEOs.

In this role, you will spot expansion opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and hand off growth potential to the sales team

Qualifications

• 5+ years in roles with direct accountability for senior client relationships at enterprise scale.
• Proven experience working with C-level and senior executives in enterprise organisations.
• Strong analytical mindset to read datasets, identify what matters and form a clear point of view.
• Comfort interrogating and refining AI-generated outputs and using AI as a core working tool.
• Executive presence to defend a view before senior stakeholders.
• Commercial instincts to recognise expansion opportunities in conversation.

About the role

As our Customer Insights Partner, you'll partner with Sonder's most significant enterprise customers to turn workforce health, safety and wellbeing data into conversations their senior leaders actually value. Managing a portfolio of around 40 accounts and reporting to the VP Customer, you'll use our AI delivery pod to prepare sharp, evidence based insights for P&C leaders, CFOs and CEOs, spot where Sonder can create more value for a customer, and hand off expansion opportunities cleanly to our sales team.

Must-haves

• 5+ years in roles with direct accountability for senior client relationships, in enterprise account management, management consulting, or senior HR, Risk or WHS roles with large customer facing experience
• Proven experience working with C-level and senior executives in enterprise organisations
• A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to read a dataset, spot what matters and form a clear point of view
• Comfort interrogating and refining AI generated outputs, with a genuine appetite for using AI as a core working tool
• Executive presence, with the confidence to hold and defend a view in front of senior stakeholders
• Commercial instincts to recognise an expansion opportunity in conversation and qualify it precisely
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the organisation to manage a book of accounts to a high standard
• Eligible to work in Australia and available to spend time at Sonder offices and customer sites
