Job summary

Swan Transit is seeking a Part-Time Bus Service Officer to join our team at Cannington Station. This role operates a split shift (approx. 6 hours per day, 30 hours per week) Monday to Friday on a 6-month fixed-term contract with potential extension.

You will assist passengers, monitor operations and support drivers, helping services run smoothly and customers receive assistance as needed. Uniform is provided and training is offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Perth Metropolitan area and bus networks.
• Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with enquiries about services, ticketing and directions.
• Monitor daily bus operations to ensure services run on time per timetable.
• Support drivers and coordinate connections with other Transit Services.
