REGUPOL Australia is seeking an Internal Sales Associate to join our Sports & Commercial Division on a 12-month contract. You will be the first point of contact for customers, supporting sales activities, quotations, orders and project administration in a fast-paced environment.

Based in Smeaton Grange, NSW, the role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, building relationships, and coordinating with external sales reps and internal teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales support, preferably in flooring/construction-related industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Prepare and follow up quotations.
• Process customer orders and maintain records in systems.
• Support external sales representatives with customer and project requirements.
• Provide product information, pricing, availability, and order updates.
• Coordinate sales administration and documentation.
• Assist with project tracking, reporting, and trade show support.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and growth.
