Job summary

Murrumbidgee Irrigation Ltd invites applications for a Customer Services Officer based in Griffith, NSW. This permanent full-time role focuses on delivering outstanding customer experiences and building trusted relationships with customers across MI's products and services.

You will handle enquiries, provide accurate information on accounts, billing and payments, and support customers with service requests, while maintaining data integrity and contributing to service improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers.
• Detail-oriented and well organised.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and business systems.
• Current Class C Driver Licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build relationships with customers.
• Provide accurate advice and support across MI's products, services, accounts and billing inquiries.
• Resolve, coordinate and escalate customer inquiries while supporting account management and payments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records and data in line with policies.
• Develop understanding of MI's products, pricing and policies to support customers and colleagues.
