Job summary

City of Sydney is seeking experienced Customer Service Officers to join our Contact Centre team, responsive to inbound calls, chat and emails from our community.

As the first point of contact, you will deliver high quality, friendly, accurate and efficient service, helping residents access council services and information. This full-time permanent role offers a comprehensive induction, ongoing coaching and strong development opportunities.

Qualifications

• experience in contact/call centre roles focused on service excellence
• patience and understanding of customer needs with strong problem-solving
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• proficient in computer use, data entry and navigating systems
• familiarity with KPI-focused performance in a contact centre

Responsibilities
