Job summary

OTR Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver excellent guest experiences at our retail store. You will help keep the shop clean, stocked and welcoming, while juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires flexibility to work late nights, early mornings and weekends, and a willingness to learn about our wide range of products and promotions, working well solo and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• You are focused on providing outstanding customer service.
• You are comfortable working alone as well as within a team.
• You'll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require moderate to heavy lifting.
• Availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends).
• Be willing to learn and promote our wide range of products and specials.
