Job summary

OTR Group is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a busy retail environment. You will help keep the store clean, well-stocked, and welcoming, while engaging with customers across product ranges and promotions.

This role requires you to work well alone or within a team, stand for long periods, and adapt to flexible hours, including late nights and weekends. Training and opportunities to grow within the OTR network are provided.

• Maintain energy and posture while standing for long periods.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including late nights, early mornings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer experiences and ensure the store is clean, stocked and welcoming for guests.

• Maintain store presentation and stock levels to create a welcoming environment.
