Responsibilities

• Answer telephone switchboard calls and enquiries; redirect as needed.
• Provide information from phone enquiries by posting or emailing details.
• Support information management and perform administrative tasks for the Team Leader.
• Complete information statements and assist with applications assessment tasks.
