Job summary

Avis Budget Group at Western Sydney Airport in NSW is hiring a Casual Customer Service Agent to be the face of our brand at the rental counter. You will handle bookings, assist travelers, and contribute to a seamless rental experience.

You’ll work 3–4 days per week, including weekends, with a starting rate of $34.96 per hour plus loadings and performance bonuses. A valid Australian driver’s licence and a friendly, detail-oriented approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Full and valid Australian driver’s licence.
• Availability to work a rotating roster (including weekends, evenings, and public holidays).
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service.
• Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Interact with our customers face to face, promoting the Avis Budget Group brand
• Completing rental transactions, contracts and bookings
• Cleaning the interior and exterior of our vehicles according to company standards
• Inspecting vehicles for any damages that occurred during the previous rentals
