Job summary

Avis Budget Group at Western Sydney Airport is hiring for a casual customer service role at the rental counter. You’ll greet customers, process bookings, and help with general inquiries while representing our brand.

You’ll work 3-4 days per week, including weekends and evenings, with an hourly rate of $34.96 plus loadings and performance bonuses. Comprehensive training and a supportive team await you.

Qualifications

• Full and valid Australian driver’s licence.
• Availability to work a rotating roster (including weekends, evenings, and public holidays).
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service.
• Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Interact with our customers face to face, promoting the Avis Budget Group brand.
• Completing rental transactions, contracts and bookings.
• Cleaning the interior and exterior of our vehicles according to company standards.
• Inspecting vehicles for damages that occurred during the previous rentals.
