Job summary

Ridley Corporation Ltd in Brisbane CBD is seeking a proactive Customer Experience Coordinator to join the Incitec Pivot Fertilisers team. You will manage customer enquiries, process orders and coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, order management or call centre environments (desirable).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality customer service by responding to customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Manage customer orders through the order-to-cash process, including order entry and amendments.
• Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Distribution and Logistics teams to ensure orders are delivered on time and in full.
• Resolve customer enquiries and service issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate order and customer information in business systems.
• Conduct outbound customer contact where required to provide updates or gather information.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the customer experience.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Coordinator to join our Incitec Pivot Fertilisers team in Brisbane CBD, based in our modern Edward Street office.

In this role, you will support the delivery of a seamless customer experience by managing customer enquiries, processing orders and coordinating with internal teams to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.

Working closely with Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics teams, you will play an important role in supporting Ridley’s customers while helping ensure efficient day-to-day operations across the business.
