Job summary

NAB is seeking a Branch Customer Advisor to support Byron Bay, Ballina and Lismore branches, delivering a seamless, tailored customer experience.

You’ll be the first point of contact, helping customers open accounts, access lending and banking transactions, and promote Smarter Banking options. A valid driver’s licence and transport are essential as travel between branches is required, with mileage reimbursement provided.

• Identify the most suitable products and services for customers: like account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions
• Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) for customers; making banking simple, easy and secure.
