Job summary

Talent Connect Australia is seeking passionate Customer Engagement Consultants for outbound calling to support fundraising campaigns in the Not For Profit sector. You will contact existing donors, share campaign impact, and drive ongoing engagement and donations.

Ideal candidates have experience in fundraising or customer service, a confident communication style, and strong CRM skills. A friendly, resilient telephone manner and drive toward targets are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound calling, fundraising, telemarketing, donor support or customer service.
• Confidence making proactive calls and engaging people in meaningful conversations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• A friendly, resilient and professional telephone manner.
• Experience working towards targets or campaign objectives.
• Good administration skills and confidence using CRM systems.
• A genuine interest in the NFP sector and supporting meaningful causes.
• Previous fundraising experience is highly regarded but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to existing donors and supporters regarding fundraising campaigns, appeals and initiatives
• Building rapport with supporters and encouraging ongoing engagement and donations
• Providing information about campaigns and the impact of donor contributions
• Responding to donor enquiries via phone and email
• Updating donor records and maintaining accurate information within CRM systems
• Processing donations and assisting with fundraising administration
• Following up with supporters and assisting with donor retention activities
• Working towards campaign targets while delivering a positive supporter experience
