Job summary

SkyCity Adelaide is seeking a Management Accountant to join the Finance team. You will deliver timely financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting to support business performance across non-gaming operations.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will provide insights, drive process improvements and support financial controls for the Building a Better Business program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related discipline.
• CA or CPA qualification, or currently studying toward CA/CPA.
• Minimum three years in management accounting or related finance role.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills; detail-oriented.

SkyCity Adelaide is looking for a Management Accountant to join the Finance team.

About the opportunity

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis to support business performance and decision-making across our non-gaming operations. Working closely with Finance and operational stakeholders, you will provide meaningful insights, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to strong financial and operational outcomes. You will also support the development of reporting and financial controls for the Building a Better Business program, helping ensure effective governance and accurate financial outcomes.

About you

You hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline and are CA or CPA qualified, or currently studying towards your CA or CPA qualification. With at least three years' experience in management accounting, financial accounting or a similar finance role. You have strong analytical and reconciliation skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to translate financial and operational data into meaningful business insights.

A proactive and collaborative team player, you are confident building relationships across the business, supporting decision-making, managing competing priorities and identifying process improvements that enhance efficiency, performance and financial control. Advanced Excel skills and experience with Microsoft Dynamics or a similar ERP system will be highly regarded.
