Qualifications

• Certificate II or III in Business Administration is highly regarded but not essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• High level of computer literacy with accurate data entry and typing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Professional presentation and telephone manner at all times.
• Strong team player with interpersonal and office administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing communication with external customers.
• Liaise with Service Coordinators to optimise customer engagement and technician utilisation.
• Report equipment issues to the Service Coordinator for timely resolution.
• Provide regular reports to the Service Manager on PMP status and forecasts.
• Analyse and report on customer KPIs and assist with auditing records.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly with a high level of service.
• Manage customer complaints through to resolution with follow-up and feedback.
