In this role you will support Commercial, OEM/Brio, Novas divisions and provide backup to other teams as needed, contributing to operational efficiency and a positive customer experience across Australia.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other channels.
• Ensure accurate order entry and timely responses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally.
• Respond to emails within service levels, aiming for same-day responses.
• Maintain order entry accuracy and communicate pricing, stock, and ETAs.
• Prioritise workload to meet timescales.
• Handle a high-volume workload with 40–80 inbound calls and 60+ emails per day.
• Contribute to CSAT targets and continuous improvement.
