Cleanaway, Australia’s leader in sustainable waste management, is seeking a customer service professional to be the first point of contact for Commercial & Industrial and Municipal council customers. You will handle inquiries, book services, and coordinate with operations to ensure great outcomes.

Competenze

• Prior experience in a customer service, or contact centre role
• Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
• Ability to stay calm and solution-focused in challenging situations
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proactive approach and ability to work independently
• Team-first attitude and willingness to support colleagues
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems is desirable

• Managing inbound customer calls and emails
• Booking services and processing customer requests
• Investigating and resolving service enquiries and complaints
• Updating and maintaining customer records in Salesforce and other systems
• Coordinating with operational teams to ensure customer outcomes are achieved
• Building positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
