• Handle customer inquiries with timely professional responses
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and blocks
• Monitor orders, deliveries, and invoices for on-time completion
• Support continuous improvement and project work in customer service
• Ensure OH&S compliance and regulatory requirements
• Assist with testing, documentation, and training as needed
