Job summary

Custom Fleet is seeking a Strategic Commercial Insights Analyst to support Customer Care through reporting, data analysis and actionable insights. You will develop Excel dashboards, consolidate data from multiple systems and deliver timely, accurate reporting to guide operational performance.

The role emphasizes independent work with stakeholders, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with Power BI/Power Query for automation and insight generation. 6‑month contract duration, Melbourne office.

Qualifications

Experience in business reporting, operational analytics or performance analysis, ideally within a customer service or contact centre environment.
Advanced Excel proficiency including pivot tables, formulas and data manipulation.
Ability to translate data into clear, actionable business insights and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Prepare, maintain and distribute regular operational and performance reports.
Analyse customer care data to identify trends, performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
Develop and enhance Excel-based reporting, dashboards and analytical tools.
Consolidate and interpret data from multiple systems and sources.
Streamline and automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requirements for Customer Care leadership.
