Job summary

LifeHealthcare, part of EBOS MedTech, is seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Care teammate to support customers across Australia and New Zealand. You will handle calls, emails, and various order requests, while ensuring accurate information and timely updates.

You will collaborate with warehouse, sales and finance teams, keep systems current, and follow deliveries to keep customers informed. Flexible work arrangements are offered to thrive in a busy healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience (any industry) required.
• Comfortable learning and exploring new systems.
• Friendly, organised, and ready to pitch in.
• A sense of humour and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Connecting with customers and sales—handling calls, emails, and all sorts of order requests with confidence.
• Keeping our systems up to date (we’ll guide you through it).
• Following up on deliveries and ensuring customers are kept in the loop.
• Collaborating with warehouse, sales, and finance teams to keep everything running smoothly.
• Spotting any issues and promptly letting the right people know.
