Responsibilities

• Have in-depth conversations with customers about how we can support their banking needs, including Home Loans and Financial Advice.
• Assist customers with enquiries, account maintenance and applications for credit products.
• Demonstrate in-branch technology and digital banking solutions to customers.
• Problem solve and provide effective solutions while upholding risk culture and procedures.
