Job summary

CommBank Erina Branch is seeking a Customer Banking Manager to lead the team on a full-time basis in Erina, NSW. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service to a diverse range of customers and driving branch performance.

You will coach and develop your staff, help them achieve individual and team targets, and place integrity and the customer at the heart of all decisions. This is an on-site leadership role with 38 hours per week.
