NAB on Thursday Island is seeking a Branch Customer Advisor to be the friendly first point of contact for customers, helping them with account openings, lending and day-to-day banking needs.

You will promote NAB’s Smarter Banking options and provide a seamless, secure customer experience while supporting branch operations and service delivery on Thursdays Island.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Support NAB’s Thursday Island branch by being the first point of contact for our customers; putting them at the centre of everything you do.
• Identify the most suitable products and services for customers: like account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions
• Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) for customers; making so banking is simple, easy and secure.

• A team player with a keen eye for detail ensuring every, transaction is efficient and accurate

The Hours (5 days per week):

Join our team in this role within the hours 8:45am – 4:15pm, Monday, Wednesday and 9:15am - 4:15pm Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
