Job summary

National Australia Bank (NAB) Horsham branch is seeking a part-time Customer Advisor to support the Horsham and nearby North West Victorian branches. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping with account openings, lending and everyday transactions.

The role requires travel between branches when needed, and mileage is paid. You will join a customer-obsessed team, valued for accuracy, inclusion, and delivering simple, secure banking through Smarter Banking options.

• Part-time position based in our Horsham Branch
• 4 days per week, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 9:00am - 4:30pm & Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
• Leave & Relief position based in our Horsham Branch supporting ourWarracknabeal, Nhill, Rainbow and Edenhope Branches when required - it is essential that you can travel between locations to support our North West Victorian Branches covering planned and unplanned leave *mileage paid.

Your home branch willbe Horsham however your skills andexpertisewill also berequiredto cover our Warracknabeal, Nhill, Rainbow & Edenhope branches, so a license and transport is essential.*Mileage paid.
