NAB Campsie, NSW is seeking a Customer Advisor for Leave and Relief. Join our Branch Customer Advisor team serving customers across the Inner West, with a focus on delivering friendly, efficient service and building strong relationships.

You will help customers open accounts, manage transactions, and explore products. We encourage use of Smarter Banking options to make banking simple and secure. A licence and transport are useful as you may cover multiple local branches, with mileage paid.

• Support NAB’s Inner WestBranches by being the first point of contact for our customers; putting them at the centre of everything you do.
• Identify the most suitable products and services for customers: like account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions
• Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) for customers; making so banking is simple, easy and secure.

The Hours

Join our team in this role with the following hours - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 9:00am – 4:15pm and Thursday 9:00am - 5:15pm.

Your home branch will be Campsiehowever your skills and expertise will also be required to cover our Ashfield, Bankstown, Burwood, Campsie, Five Dock, Liverpool, Marrickville, Roselands and Strathfield branches so a licence and transport is essential. Mileage will also be paid.
