NAB Castletown Branch is seeking a part-time Customer Advisor to help deliver gold-class customer experiences across Townsville’s branches. You will be the first contact for customers at Castletown, guiding them through accounts, lending, and transactions, while promoting digital self-service options.

Applicants must be customer-centric, detail-oriented, and able to cover multiple branches in Townsville with a valid license and reliable transport. Mileage is paid.

You’ll make an impact by

• Support NAB’s Horsham and surrounding branches by being the first point of contact for our customers; putting them at the centre of everything you do
• Identify the most suitable products and services for customers: like account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions
• Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) for customers; making banking simple, easy and secure

The Hours

This is a part-time position working 5 days per week, based in our Castletown Branch.

Your home branch will be Castletown however your skills and expertise will also be required to cover our Townsville, Thuringowa, Ayr and Ingham branches, so a license and transport is essential. *Mileage paid.
