NAB Ballarat branch is seeking a Customer Advisor to deliver a seamless, tailored customer experience. You will be the first contact for customers, helping with account openings, lending and banking transactions, while promoting hands-off banking options for convenience and security.

Qualifications

• Role requires a customer-focused attitude and high accuracy when handling transactions.
• Experience in banking or retail customer service is preferred.
• Ability to identify suitable products and explain options clearly to customers.

• Serve as the first point of contact for NAB Ballarat customers.
• Identify suitable products and services: account opening, unsecured lending, and everyday banking transactions.
• Promote Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) to customers to make banking simpler and more secure.

• 5 days per week, Monday to Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm

The Hours

This is a full-time position based in our Ballarat Branch.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm.
