Nido Early School in Adelaide's southern suburbs is seeking a Curriculum Leader to guide educators and embed the Reggio Emilia philosophy across learning environments. You will champion EYLF, lead planning cycles, coach staff, and partner with families to extend learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Diploma in early childhood education with ACECQA recognition.
• Minimum two years in lead educator or curriculum leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS and inquiry-based learning.

Responsibilities

• Champion EYLF and Reggio Emilia-inspired practice.
• Coach educators in planning cycles and documentation.
• Ensure environments reflect culture and community.
• Facilitate professional development and reflective practice.
• Partner with families and community to extend learning.
• Support quality improvement and assessment readiness.
