face2face Recruitment presents an EL1 Assistant Director, Cultural Safety Learning, for a national disability services agency. You will lead the design and delivery of culturally safe training, governance-aligned programs, and workplace capability development across the organisation.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive risk-aware, data-informed initiatives, partner with First Nations communities, and guide teams through a complex policy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex training programs aligned with agency objectives.
• Ability to apply data analysis and policy expertise to inform recommendations.
• Experience building partnerships with First Nations stakeholders.
