Job summary

Canon Medical Systems in Sydney, NSW, seeks a CT Applications Specialist to join the National CT team. You will provide specialist advice and pre/post-sales support to customer sites, training users and sharing expertise on CT products and technologies.

The role offers travel opportunities and a chance to develop commercial, sales and marketing skills while delivering clinical CT training and support.

Qualifications

• Accredited qualification in Medical Imaging.
• MRPBA registration with Australia.
• 3–5 years’ CT radiography experience with Canon (Toshiba) CT machines.

Responsibilities

• Provide applications support for new equipment installations and existing customer install base.
• Maintain clinical and technical knowledge at a high level.
• Understand customer needs, provide expertise and recommendations on products and technologies.
• Train customers in optimal clinical procedures and protocols for equipment usage.
• Troubleshoot and differentiate between technical and applications related problems.
• Support CT Business Unit marketing activities per plan.
• Collaborate with sales, service and marketing teams to promote CT solutions.

Education

Accredited qualification in Medical Imaging

MRPBA registration

CT Radiographer experience 3–5 years
