Job summary

Agfa Radiology Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Application Specialist to join the Professional Services team in Australia. You will provide training, education and applications support for Agfa radiology products, including X-ray, fluoroscopy, DR detectors and film printing solutions.

Based in Sydney (Melbourne and Brisbane considered) you will install, train customers, provide demonstrations and support sales with pre- and post-sales activities while traveling interstate and overseas as

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Medical Radiography and/or Information Systems.
• 1–2 years solid experience in a clinical radiology environment.
• Experience in healthcare modality applications support is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Participating in on-site product installations working closely with the Service team, including the provision of training of customers in the use and maintenance of new equipment.
• Analysing customer-specific clinical structure and processes and consult the customer on best fitting processes and solution usage.
• Providing presales Application Support through demonstrations and presentations to customers and business groups.
• Attending & developing training courses and workshops to maintain high levels of product knowledge on primary and secondary specialisations.
• Supporting the Sales team with product demonstrations and tender preparation.
• Providing post-sales Application Support including site response or telephone/remote support to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
