Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a CT Applications Specialist ANZ to provide post-sale CT installation, training and on-site support, including go-live assistance. You will deliver clinical and technical support during the sales process and help create selling tools.

Responsibilities include pre-sale demonstrations, on-site training, and ongoing education to optimize equipment use and customer satisfaction across Australia and New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Qualified clinical or technical professional in Diagnostic Radiography/Medical radiation science.
• Demonstrated clinical scanning proficiency on current GE CT platforms.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant CT clinical/technical experience; GE CT platform experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Australia and nationwide.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and clinical support during the sales process of CT.
• Provide application support to sales teams and assist in creation of selling tools.
• Demonstrate product features, capabilities and benefits to customers.
• Develop, coordinate, and deliver customer training on software, application and/or equipment use.
• Monitor customer installations within territory to improve satisfaction and maintain relationships.
• Manage clinical handover and installation check-offs with the customer.
• Provide follow-up plans for additional installation training as needed.
• Improve customer satisfaction and retention through education on equipment utilization.
• Contribute to image library for tenders and demonstrations.
