Job summary

Capital Radiology Pty Ltd in Melbourne seeks a CT Supervisor to lead clinical education, training, and technical support for CT Radiographers. This full-time role combines clinical work with mentoring, and involves travel between regional CT sites within the East Metro region, reporting to the CT Manager and Regional Manager.

You will drive workflow improvements, assist with protocol enhancements, support equipment procurement, promote safe CT practices, and contribute to business development

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in CT across a wide range of CT examinations.
• Experience training or mentoring other CT Radiographers or students.
• Experience with troubleshooting image quality and workflows.
• Ability to analyse CT services and operations and provide continuous improvements.
• Willingness to travel between regional sites as needed.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
• AHPRA Registration and Radiation Use Licence
• Ability to work the required rostered hours for this position

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical education, training, and technical support to CT Radiographers.
• Support new Radiographers, trainees, and upskill current CT staff.
• Help optimise scan quality, workflows, and protocols.
• Assist with equipment procurement, workflow improvements, and protocol enhancements.
• Collaborate with Radiologists, referrers, and support teams to promote safe CT practices.
• Travel between regional CT sites as needed and contribute to business development.
