Job summary

MLG Oz is seeking an experienced Crushing Mobile Plant Operator in Perth, WA for a permanent full-time role. You’ll own and operate crushing equipment, perform pre-start checks, and maintain high safety and productivity standards.

You must have 2+ years in crushing & screening, with experience on crushing circuits and heavy equipment like Bobcat, Loader and Excavator. A valid Australian driver’s license and ability to pass medical and police checks are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years crushing & screening experience.
• Experience running a crushing circuit - monitor throughput and adjust speeds.
• Bobcat and heavy equipment operation desirable.
• Proven experience operating Loaders and Excavators.
• Ability to work independently and make sound on-site decisions.
• Valid Australian driver's license; ability to pass medical and drug/alcohol screens and police clearance.

Responsibilities

• Loaders to load moxys and stockpile material.
• Feed/Run crushing and screening plant with precision and efficiency.
• Manage feeding and tailing processes from the screen.
• Complete detailed pre-start checks and documentation each shift.
• Carry out daily servicing and maintenance (cleaning cabs, greasing, changing tyres, refuelling, inspecting tools).
• Work closely with site leadership to keep production on track.
• Uphold safety standards and contribute to targets.
