Job summary

Westgold Resources Limited is seeking a Supervisor Fixed Plant Maintenance to lead and optimise the maintenance of our Higginsville processing plant near Norseman, WA. You will diagnose equipment, plan outages, and drive safe, reliable operations with a hands-on leadership style.

With at least 5 years in fixed plant maintenance leadership and a trade qualification, you will mentor teams, coordinate with contractors and stakeholders, and uphold our safety culture while delivering value for the

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience leading a fixed plant maintenance team.
• Current C Class Manual Western Australian driver’s licence.
• Relevant trade qualification.
• Shut down planning and management experience.
• Solid knowledge of processing plants – crushing, milling, leaching and reagent circuits.
• Experience submitting Capital Expenditure Requests (CERs).
• Experience with a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as Pronto (desirable).
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and diagnose plant items needing preventative maintenance or repair.
• Actively manage maintenance planning and lead the maintenance team.
• Report to the Maintenance Superintendent on project status.
• Maintain detailed maintenance history in the CMMS Pronto.
• Contribute to a safe, productive culture as part of the management team.
• Collaborate with the team to streamline maintenance processes.
• Promote a high level of safety and lead by example.
• Liaise with contractors and stakeholders as required.
