Job summary

MLG Oz is hiring Crushing - Mobile Plant Operators in Western Australia. The role focuses on operating and maintaining crushing equipment, feeding plants, and ensuring safety and production targets are met.

You will perform pre-start checks, operate loaders/excavators, and work with the site leadership to keep production on track while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years crushing & screening experience.
• Experience running a crushing circuit and monitoring throughput.
• Bobcat experience highly desirable.
• Experience operating Loaders and Excavators.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions on site.
• Valid Australia Driver’s Licence.
• Able to pass pre-employment medical, Drug & Alcohol screen and national police clearance.

Responsibilities

• Loaders to load moxys and stockpile material.
• Feed/ Run crushing and screening plant with precision and efficiency.
• Manage feeding and tailing processes from the screen.
• Complete detailed pre-start checks and documentation each shift.
• Carry out daily servicing and maintenance: cleaning cabs, greasing points, changing tyres and wear parts, refuelling and washing machinery, inspecting tools.
• Work closely with site leadership to keep production on track.
• Uphold strict safety standards and contribute to targets.
• This is a hands-on role for operators who take pride in their equipment and output.

POWER YOUR CAREER WITH MLG OZas a Crushing - Mobile Plant Operator

We are seeking experienced and safety-focused Crushing Mobile Plant Operators who are looking to secure their opportunity in crushing.

What You’ll Be Doing

You won’t just operate machinery — you’ll own it.

• Loaders to load moxys and stockpile material.

Feed/ Run crushing and screening plant with precision and efficiency.

Manage feeding and tailing processes from the screen.

Complete detailed pre-start checks and documentation each shift.

Carry out daily servicing and maintenance, including:

Cleaning cabs and washing windows

Greasing lube points

Changing tyres and crusher wear parts

Refuelling and washing machinery

Inspecting ground engaging tools

Work closely with site leadership to keep production on track.

Uphold strict safety standards and contribute to operational targets.

This is a hands-on role for operators who take pride in their equipment and their output!

What You Bring

Minimum 2+ years crushing & screening experience.

Experience running a crushing circuit - Monitor and maximise throughput, adjustcones and feeder speeds - Highly desirable.

Bobcat experience - highly desirable.

Proven experience operating Loaders and Excavators.

Ability to work independently and make sound decisions on site

Valid Australia Driver’s License.

Ableto pass pre-employment medical, Drug & Alcohol screen & national police clearance.
