MLG Oz, an ASX-listed contractor, is seeking experienced Civil Mobile Plant Operators to mobilise to site. Onboarding starts ASAP with 2/1 FIFO rosters, mostly day shifts, and a $5 per hour site bonus. Return flights Perth–site are provided and superannuation applies to all hours worked.

Ideal candidates hold a current Australian driver’s license, Civil Mobile Plant experience (grader 14M+, production loader) and a police clearance, with a strong SAFETY focus. Equal opportunity employer.

• Experience operating civil mobile plant equipment (grader 14M+ or production loader).
• National Police Clearance.
• Strong commitment to SAFETY and pre-employment medical.

Job Description

We are looking for experiencedCivil Mobile Plant Operators to join our team! We will begin onboarding ASAP and are aiming to have you mobilised to site just before the end of October.

• Onboarding will start ASAP
• Mobilise to site Before End of October 2026
• 2/1 FIFO Roster - Mostly Days, limited night shift
• $5 Site Based Bonus per hour worked

What does the ideal candidate bring to MLG?

• Current & Valid Australian Drivers License
• Civil Experience operating any of the below mobile equipment:
• Grader (14M above)
• Production Loader
• National Police Clearance
• Strong approach to SAFETY
• Pass pre-employment medical + DAS
