Job summary

Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services in Sydney seeks a Port Delivery Agent to manage end-to-end cruise ship turnaround operations across Australian ports. You will plan pre‑cruise logistics, supervise on‑site activities, and handle post‑turnaround reporting and financial reconciliation with a focus on safety and service excellence.

You will coordinate with shipboard teams, port authorities, and transport providers, ensuring adherence to budgets and client guidelines while developing trained

Qualifications

• Experience in daily planning and operations in holiday destinations or cruise industry.
• Calm, decisive under pressure with strong English communication.
• Able to multitask in high-pressure environments and ensure safety and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Plan and confirm transportation, staffing, and logistics for turnaround operations.
• Liaise with shipboard teams to review operational details.
• Prepare turnaround day documentation.
• Operate within client guidelines, company procedures, and budgets.
• Identify and address operational risks before delivery.
• Lead training for casual staff on Intercruises and cruise-line procedures.
• Attend training sessions to understand client expectations.
• Be onsite to lead turnaround operations and coordinate teams.
• Coordinate with ground staff, shipboard teams, transport providers, and port authorities.
• Brief casual staff clearly on daily duties.
