Job summary

My Cruises, part of Ignite Travel Group, is seeking Customer Support Travel Consultants to join our cruise division on the Gold Coast. No travel-industry experience is required; you’ll start with fully paid training and a guaranteed full-time position upon completion.

As a Cruise Expert, you’ll help customers plan unforgettable cruises, enjoy industry travel discounts, a beachfront Broadbeach office, and ongoing development opportunities within our global network.

Qualifications

• Exceptional multitasking ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar programs
• Value building strong customer relationships
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience travelling overseas is ideal

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with cruise bookings and travel planning
• Participate in training and develop cruise product knowledge
• Meet sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service
