Flight Centre Travel Group Australia is hiring for a Customer Support Travel Consultant within the Cruise Academy in Broadbeach, QLD. You’ll train with CLIA-accredited cruise experts and begin a career in cruise sales with a guaranteed full-time position after completion.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated multitasking with the ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar programs.
• Proven ability to develop strong relationships with customers.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and handling cruise-related inquiries.
• Willingness to travel overseas is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Undergo a fully paid training journey learning from cruise experts.
• Upon completion become a Fully Accredited Cruise Consultant with a guaranteed full-time position.
