Job summary

Syngenta in Australia seeks a capable project manager to lead end-to-end planning and delivery of portfolio projects across ANZ. You will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring priorities, milestones, risks and dependencies are visible and actively managed to drive local delivery.

You will partner with global and regional leaders to translate strategy into practical local actions, enabling timely, well-informed decisions and removing barriers to success.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills with influence across functions and geographies.
• Sound commercial judgement balancing strategic objectives with practical delivery.
• Structured, proactive approach to managing multiple priorities, ambiguity and change.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of product lifecycle and portfolio projects across ANZ.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring priorities, milestones, risks and dependencies are visible and actively managed.
• Partner with global and regional product-line leaders to translate strategy into practical local delivery.
• Enable timely, well-informed decisions and resolve barriers that could affect project outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, strengthen delivery discipline and improve productivity.
• Connect project activity to commercial, customer and portfolio outcomes.
