Swisse Wellness Pty in Australia seeks a proactive, results-driven Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across NPD and Existing Product Development (EPD) initiatives, with clear timelines and minimal risk. You’ll drive cross-functional alignment and keep teams focused on priorities through strong communication and stakeholder management.

Minimum 5 years in project management, preferably in FMCG, and a solid background in PRINCE2, Agile or Waterfall.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in project management, preferably in FMCG.
• Extensive project management knowledge: processes, tools, methods and stage gate.
• Structured, proactive change management approach for smooth transitions with minimal business disruption.
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines, assess project complexity and risk.
• Strong experience launching new and existing product launches in a stage-gate environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, engagement, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Thorough understanding of product development commercialisation processes.
• Experience applying PM methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile or Waterfall.
• Strong reporting skills for project status, timing, financial impact and risk assessment; Monday.com or PMO software experience preferred.
• Experience creating and improving processes.
• Experience with international markets preferred.

Aufgaben

• Project Strategy & Delivery: Develop clear project strategies and realistic timelines balancing customer requirements and constraints.
• Project Tracking & Reporting: Monitor progress with weekly/monthly reviews; provide status updates and flag risks.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams with clear ownership and accountability.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Governance: Align executives and senior leaders; present updates at Stage Gate forums.
• Supply Planning & Impact Analysis: Analyze impacts across Sales, Supply, Inventory and channels.
• Inventory Transition Management: Plan stock transitions and minimize write-offs.
• Risk & Financial Management: Identify, quantify, and mitigate risks with P&L impact awareness.
• Change Control & Documentation: Manage change controls and SOPs; ensure proper approvals.
• Product Change & Cutover Planning: Coordinate change timing and stock implications.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Ensure alignment across Manufacturing, Sourcing, Quality, Regulatory, Packaging, Marketing and Commercial teams.
